We have been conditioned to ignore or override that which is within us in favor of logic— what’s in the mind.

 

Yet the science I felt so called to study has “proven” that the mind is connected to something greater—an energy field—with its own “intelligence,” a field of infinite wisdom and possibilities. Indeed, it was my exhaustive quest to understand, to have answers, and to know that dropped me off in this field of possibilities where the only explanation is that there is “something more,” beyond all rationality or reason. 

 

This field has many names—Consciousness, God, Divine, Unconditional Love, Universe, Source, Creator, the Spiritual Self—but regardless of what you call (It), the more important point is that our individual truth comes from our connection to and awareness of what is outside the mind, and that when you are unified with this part of yourself, you have access to wisdom and possibilities that include the ability to heal yourself and others. 

 

Over 25 years ago, I began a practice after training as a Reiki Master and Teacher that has evolved into sessions that acknowledge the role of the Divine in healing. I hold a space of unconditional love, hope, and healing for my clients, and through this work, I've seen miracles happen. 

 

Miracles happen when we tap into the wisdom and possibilities that lie beyond the mind—when we connect with our higher Self and shift our perception from fear to love.

My practice integrates my psychological training and background, including a belief in Jung's theory that we are all ultimately seeking wholeness and individuation, with energy healing to help people discover their authentic selves and their soul’s purpose. However, the soul’s purpose is led by “something more” and does not always adhere to social and cultural rules and prescriptions. Therefore, my sessions include teachings that guide people beyond the conditioned beliefs that limit or hold them back to spiritual truth and Divine consciousness. 

 

My purpose is to assist my clients in reaching their highest potential.

 

This is easier said than done, because how we are “meant” to live—what is in alignment with our highest potential or soul’s purpose—doesn’t always meet our expectations. Following the wisdom of the heart—putting feelings and inner wisdom ahead of logic and reason—is frequently a journey into the field of limitless possibilities. 

 

Therefore, I am a bridge between the intellectual “understanding” of the mind and the spiritual “inner knowing” of the heart. I help you process the spiritual wisdom received during the energy session while also providing practical resources, tools, teachings to help you act on the guidance in your everyday life. Your intellect and abilities are essential components of living from love. This integration of intellect and intuition is the essence of my healing practice, classes, and teachings.

Finding the inner wisdom and accessing the field of possibilities requires a combination of stillness and action. You discover inner wisdom by slowing down, quieting the mind, and centering your attention on that place inside you that Knows the truth.

 

Once you’ve discovered this space within yourself—your heart, your soul—where inner wisdom dwells—you can ask and listen. It is then up to you to act on the guidance you have received.

 

The process may appear simple, but it’s work. The work is less about doing and more about undoing—unlearning the beliefs, attitudes, assumptions, and expectations that we have been conditioned to trust as our truth—and keeping hidden the Divine Knowing. According to Jesuit priest Anthony De Mello, “...where spirituality is concerned, learning is all about unlearning—unlearning almost everything you’ve been taught.”

Yes, you have the ability—the power—to change where you get your information from, what you rely on to make decisions about what to do or not do, what is best for you in any given moment and situation, and you can change how you respond to the situation.
