Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan in the early 20th century with Mikao Usui. The term comes from the Japanese words “Rei,” meaning “universal,” and “ki,” which refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Science describes what Reiki calls universal life force energy as a field of Consciousness, that connects us to everything in the Universe. This “field” is something beyond the mind and has many names, including the spiritual Self. When you are unified with this part of yourself, you have access to wisdom and possibilities that include the ability to heal yourself and others.
Reiki offers a bridge between the intellectual and the spiritual. It creates unity between your heart and mind. For those interested in personal growth and transformation and/or healing work with clients, Reiki training will provide you with the tools that you need to expand your consciousness and awareness and recognize and connect with your Divine or spiritual Self as you seek the Truth and Wisdom that exists within you.
Reiki I
First Degree Reiki training focuses on the basic components of Reiki energy healing and how to use/perform Reiki on yourself and others. This hands-on healing approach can reduce stress, ease pain, balance emotions, enhance mental clarity, and facilitate personal and spiritual growth.
Reiki Level I certification includes an attunement that creates an opening for the “life force energy,” to which we are all connected, to enter the crown chakra (located at the top of your head) and flow to the heart and through the hands, which makes it easier to tap into the wisdom and healing abilities that exists within you.
Discussion centers on the history, principles, and applications of the technique, consciousness and the human energy field, vibrational levels, energy centers (chakras), and personal energy fields (auras).

The experiential component includes practice giving and receiving a Reiki treatment using the hand positions, applying the Reiki power symbol to enhance healing, and techniques to access/connect to the Reiki energy and your intuitive ways of sensing energy.

Reiki is easy to learn. No previous background or skills are required.
Reiki II
Second Degree Reiki teaches distance healing, which involves connecting with a person’s energetic essence and sending healing energy across time and space. Scientific studies have shown that everything in the universe—all matter—is energy. Therefore, we are all connected, part of a larger whole, often referred to as a field of Consciousness. This “field” is something beyond the mind, which is also referred to as a spiritual Self. When you are unified with this part of yourself, you have access to wisdom and possibilities that include the ability to heal yourself and others.
Reiki II offers a bridge between the intellectual and the spiritual. It combines the scientific study of energy and distance healing, the Reiki symbols, hand positions, and attunements, and practices to transcend the mind, access spiritual wisdom, and use intention to deepen your Reiki experience and enhance healing.

Pre-requisite Reiki Level I
Advanced Energy Reiki Master
This unique program offers master level training in both vibrational energy and Reiki.
